Ability to make 0.8 mm shrimp feed pellets (Smallest till Date in World)
Enhanced preconditioning system allowing of preconditioning time up to 20-25 minutes (Industry standard in India is 10-15 min)
Post-conditioning system allowing up to 40 minutes post-conditioning time (Industry standard 20-25 minutes)
Mixing systems that can achieve uniformity of up to 95-97% (CV 3-5%). (industry standard 90-93%)
Fine grinding system that can achieve 80 mesh fineness at full load (Industry standard 60 mesh).
This plant is fully automated with Fuji Electric Japan Computer system equipped with 12 inline temperature sensors and 3 inline moisture sensors giving operator full ability to monitor and control feed quality.
FEED FORMULATION
Our feed formulation methodology uses latest cutting-edge research. We go back to the basics and balance each nutrient. We test all the Ingredients available in your country local market, test them for their quality and other specifications like Amino acid profile, digestibility, Vitamin and Mineral profile, Toxins etc. We choose best ingredients and suppliers and design best formulation in your price range.
Our formulation also considers common culture densities in local farms, conditions of farming, soil conditions, Farmers understanding of better management practices and bio-security measures.
We will also provide our proprietary vitamin and mineral compositions that are specifically formulated for sea water shrimp like Vannamei, Monodon. Fermented Microbial products, Secondary Plant extracts, Immune stimulants, other products that are shown to improve shrimp immunity as well as improve survival and growth.
We will provide Lab technologies for analysis of feed, train your technicians, provide packaging and marketing designs.
